Everyday cuisine
Bistró Amunt was born from a simple idea: that Vicent Guimerà's cooking could be on the everyday table. On the upper floor of Antic Molí, each week we put together a new menu with the best of the market.
Local produce
The meat comes from small farmers with organic certification. The fish comes from the La Ràpita fish market (Ebro Delta).
Our own garden
We cook with produce from our own regenerative-agriculture garden, beside the Montsià mountains. We are committed to the territory of the Terres de l'Ebre, the Terres del Sénia and the Ports de Tortosa-Beseit natural park.
