• Tripe and trotter stew

• Fricandó, braised veal with wild mushrooms

• Chicken and goat cheese fritters

• Meatballs with cuttlefish

• Bacallà a la llauna, oven-baked salt cod with garlic and paprika

• Mallorcan-style chickpeas

• Stewed squid with potato and black allioli
